Mr. Kishor Shetty is an associate member of ICAI and has also accomplished Company Secretary exams. He has worked with Guru and Jana a leading CA firm in Bangalore during his articleship training. He has previous hands on experience in domains of direct tax, audit & assurance and management consulting.

He has to his credit experience in the field of taxation, accounting, company law, financial services, transfer pricing, STPI & SEZ compliances.

He conducts various seminars at ICAI chapter and is also a visiting faculty in Post Graduate colleges. Also, he takes coaching classes for chartered accountant and company secretary students.

Mr. Akash Hegde is an associate member of ICAI. He was associated with Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP for close to 3 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions (Tax) team. During this period he has mainly worked on due diligences, merger implementations, tax advisory etc.

Prior to this he was working with BSR & Co LLP (associate firm of KPMG) in the indirect tax division. He has completed his articleship with Guru and Jana Chartered Accountants where he has gained experience in taxation and audit of corporates.

Akash brings the expertise in the field of M&A to the firm.
